Requirements

Manage and grow high-value global partner relationships.
Align strategy and delivery across internal teams.
Analyze KPIs to identify trends and optimize performance.
Guide partners on best practices and resolve integration issues.
Lead business reviews and present growth strategies.
Mentor junior team members and improve success processes.
Act as a trusted advisor with commercial and technical insight.

Results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Tech-savvy and confident using dashboards, SaaS tools, and performance platforms.
Analytical and strategic thinker who translates data into clear actions.
3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or ad-tech partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree — preferred.
