Campaign Manager (Digital Advertising)

We’re now expanding our team with a Campaign Manager who will bring expertise in programmatic and social media advertising to deliver high-performing campaigns for our clients. The Campaign Manager (Digital Advertising) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign workflows—from setup and launch, to monitoring and reporting—ensuring they meet client objectives across awareness, engagement, and conversion goals. This role requires expertise in programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), and analytics. An understanding of media planning tools, brand safety, and emerging trends such as forecasting and pricing models will be a big plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across programmatic and social media channels.

  • Manage tracking and troubleshooting.

  • Monitor KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, viewability, and reach, ensuring campaigns deliver against objectives.

  • Leverage A/B testing to refine creative elements (messaging, formats, visuals, CTAs) to maximize engagement and conversions

  • Collaborate with planners and strategists to design effective campaign strategies and media plans.

  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting using DMPs and first/third-party data.

  • Produce campaign reports, analyze performance data, and translate results into actionable insights.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital campaign management across programmatic and social platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon).

  • Proficiency in paid social platforms: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X.

  • Experience with Google Ads and performance marketing KPIs.

  • Familiarity with media planning tools and forecasting models.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.

  • Understanding of brand safety, ad fraud prevention, and verification tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience in task delegation.

  • Fluent in English.
