Z2A Digital is a forward-thinking digital marketing agency specializing in mobile and app performance. As we grow, our vision is to expand into a comprehensive media strategy partner for our clients. We are hiring a Media Strategist who will focus on developing and guiding media strategies for our clients. This role is about shaping data-driven, multi-channel media plans, advising on budget allocation approaches, and helping brands connect with their audiences more effectively across digital platforms.

Client Strategy

  • Lead the development of cross-channel media strategies tailored to client objectives.

  • Establish frameworks to measure and communicate the value of brand-building investments alongside performance metrics.

  • Guide senior-level discussions with clients on media mix, investment priorities, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and consumer behaviors to inform strategy.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with internal teams to strengthen Z2A’s media planning capabilities.

  • Partner with sales to identify and define opportunities with new demand partners.
  • Mentor team members to build expertise in multi-channel media strategy and budget management.
  • 7–10 years of experience in media strategy and planning, across different verticals
  • Proven track record of developing multi-channel strategies that balance brand and performance objectives.

  • Strong expertise in media planning tools, analytics, and investment frameworks.

  • Experience leading collaboration between media, creative, and analytics teams.

  • Strategic, adaptable, and comfortable advising clients at a senior level.

  • Experience with mobile apps and app marketing is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate will

  • Develop and oversee media strategies that integrate branding and performance to drive client growth.

  • Provide strategic guidance on budget allocation and channel selection to maximize return on investment.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing insights on industry trends, audience behaviors, and the evolving media landscape.
