Senior Media Buyer

We’re looking for a driven and analytical Senior Media Buyer to join our growing team. You’ll take ownership of performance campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, analyze results, and help shape the strategies that drive user growth for top-tier mobile apps.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks and programmatic platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and performance.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the creative, data, and tech teams to test new approaches and scale successful campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and programmatic advertising.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience buying media on digital advertising platforms (required).
  • Proven experience with user acquisition channels such as Moloco, AppLovin, Taboola, Kayzen, Mintegral, Unity, etc. (advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit — you’re collaborative, reliable, and curious.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A degree in a quantitative or analytical field is an advantage.
